LEADERSHIP TALENT DEVELOPMENT 

The Leadership Talent Development Division is responsible for planning and implementing leadership development initiatives to strengthen the competencies of the university community. Its key functions include the implementation of the UTHM Leadership Talent Development Framework, ORGAM Programme, MODUL Programme, GTU Champion Programme, evaluation of leadership programme effectiveness, coordination of the UTHM–AKEPT secretariat, and administrative innovation initiatives. These efforts are designed to develop competent, capable, and future-ready leaders.

SUCCESSION PLANNING 

The division also manages succession planning initiatives through the development of the Executive Talent Report Card, UTHM Leadership Talent Pool, and Leadership Succession Plan. These initiatives are aimed at ensuring leadership continuity by identifying, developing, and preparing high-potential talents for strategic leadership positions within the university.

SYSTEMS INTEGRATION

In terms of systems integration, the division oversees the development and maintenance of the Succession Planning System and Talent Pool Dashboard. These integrated platforms facilitate the systematic management, monitoring, and analysis of talent data to support effective succession planning and leadership development.


GENERAL ADMINISTRATION

The General Administration Division is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Centre for Leadership and Competency (PKK) by coordinating office administration, managing training facilities, overseeing official vehicle arrangements, and organizing promotional activities and official visits. The division also ensures compliance with PKK policies and regulations to support efficient, systematic, and effective governance.

SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION

The Systems Administration Division is responsible for the development, management, and maintenance of PKK's information systems to support digital work processes. This function aims to enhance operational efficiency, streamline information management, and ensure that the systems remain relevant to the organization's evolving operational needs.
