CAREER DEVELOPMENT 

The Career Development Division is responsible for managing and coordinating staff career development matters, including study leave administration, industrial attachment leave, sabbatical leave, talent development schemes, GO/PO/EXPO programme management, study leave compensation, and the administration of staff study leave. These functions are intended to support the professional growth of staff while aligning with the university's organizational and competency development goals.

COMMERCIAL TRAINING MANAGEMENT

The division manages commercial training initiatives through the administration of the Human Capital Fund, implementation of TVET commercial training programmes, marketing of training services, competency programmes for external agencies, management of the Pusat Minda Emas (PuMAS), ARPRM operations, and Food Handling Training. These functions aim to expand quality training services, generate revenue, and strengthen strategic collaborations with external stakeholders.

SYSTEMS INTEGRATION

The division is also responsible for managing the EKAPS System to support training administration and operational processes in a more systematic, efficient, and effective manner.
