The Centre of Leadership and Competency (PKK) at UTHM has been established to align with UTHM's aspiration towards competency-based talent transformation. It aims to empower and strengthen the leadership talent and succession plan at UTHM in line with GTU 2030. The main objective of PKK is to offer training and development programmes that focus on upskilling and reskilling to increase competitiveness among UTHM's workforce when facing change. We are committed to developing UTHM's leadership talent not only at the university level but also at a higher level. Talent development is an inclusive agenda where all members of UTHM, from executive to senior management levels, will be equally supported. Training and development programmes are hoped to be seen as platforms for enhancing individual and organisational potential.
